About Pegasus Functional Fitness
Pegasus is de gym in Arnhem en omstreken die doet wat ze zeggen. Vanuit een defensie mindset en een atleten hart is het idee ontstaan om onze klanten fysiek en mentaal sterker en fitter te maken. Met alleen krachttraining kom je er niet, hier is meer voor nodig. Het echte contact is wat wij belangrijk vinden. Trainen is daar een onderdeel van. Naast training bieden wij ook een voeding & mindset traject aan van drie maanden.
