- Leadership is about knowing who you are, what you stand for and how you share that with others. Effectiveness, hand in hand with confidence and inspiration. In my leadership trajectories you will be held up a mirror and gain insight into the effect you have on others. You will then be stimulated and challenged to try out new behavior. I teach you the skill of coaching leadership. With the ultimate goal: more fun, more results with less effort, clear plans and priorities, clear choices and less stress. - A top team achieves its objectives, develops continuously, works together constructively and makes optimal use of the qualities of each team member. In my team trajectories we are fully committed to increasing the mental fitness, connection and involvement of the team members. Creating support for the vision, goals, choices and decisions is an important part of this. I teach the team to have effective meetings, to make structured plans and to achieve its goals in a result-oriented manner.
