This apartments are located at the Parklaan. The Parklaan is a street at the Scheepvaartkwartier of Rotterdam, which runs from the Veerhaven to the Park. Most of the houses, built in the middle of the 19th century, are national monuments. After the reclamation around 1850, well-to-do Rotterdammers settled here.

The Scheepskwartier has fast connections to the Rotterdam Ring via the Maasboulevard, the Maastunnel and the Erasmus Bridge. Tram, bus, water taxi and Leuvehaven metro stations are within walking distance. In addition, Het Park is located at the end of Parklaan with the Euromast.
