Coaching for executives and managers in a global world. I view my clients as leading members of a dynamic network of people. As a coach I help them understand how to deal with the forces at play. Coaching means confronting the brutal facts and emotions, focusing on what you really want to achieve and how to get there. Business Coaching is about work-related coaching: about yourself, the people you work with, and the issues you’re facing. The objective is to help you reach ambitious goals by further developing yourself. During coaching sessions you’ll reflect on your work away from your daily activities. That helps to see things in perspective, from a different viewpoint, and to consider a change of direction. You’ll understand what’s blocking your progress and how to overcome it. As a coach I have the skills to confront you with aspects that you may not want to see and to help you decide how to deal with them. You’ll become more aware of your strengths and see how to use them more effectively. A coach is like an active sounding-board: listening carefully and asking questions to make you express things explicitly, even though that may feel difficult.
