Inspired by her legacy, Panacea AI supports organizations in the fast evolving world of artificial intelligence and regulation by helping them design and build AI systems that are safe, compliant and future ready.

At Panacea AI, I focus on AI compliance and responsible AI development, combining legal expertise with hands on technical execution. I translate complex frameworks such as the EU AI Act, GDPR and MDR into practical safeguards and implement them directly into AI systems.

Panacea AI was founded by Tessa Clement, a legal expert turned developer with a strong sense for both risk and opportunity. I work holistically, stay close to the technology, and make compliance something that truly works in practice, not just on paper.
