Over The Moon is a portal to discovery, daring, and authenticity. It celebrates uniqueness in people and cultures, and creates a dialogue within workplaces and beyond. The founders, Leoni van de Water and Rena Molter, decided to set up Over The Moon Amsterdam in 2016. The rising levels of stress and anxiety and the high numbers of burnout and depression inspired them to create programs promoting the knowledge, attitudes, and skills necessary to understand and manage emotions, set and achieve positive goals, feel and show empathy for others, establish and maintain positive relationships, and make responsible decisions bringing a sense of adventure, and fun back to learning.
