OOriginate beliefs that for fundamentely changing organisational or personal behaviour, one has to take away all things which are keeping organisations and persons away from their core (Origin). In that sense Originate means actively seeking what is really important: Originating. Follow the energy and don't let ego's or fear of failure get in the way of making manifest what organisations or people originally are about.

Originate does this by actively participating in projects or interim functions within organisations. But also by one on one coaching and training. Originate flourishes in multistakeholder environments, where there are many (personal) interests and complexity or conflict.

Originate specialises in strategical and organisational change and personal coaching. Coaching is based on changing a persons beliefs, sometimes confrontational, but always with care. Clients include financial services, health care professionals, executives, entrepreneurs, top athletes and trainees.
