About Origami Lab

Origami Lab designs how people learn and how knowledge moves within research and innovation ecosystems — in Europe and internationally. We work in two ways. We design learning programs in innovation, entrepreneurship and future skills — end to end: listening to the people involved, architecting the experience, building modules and facilitation guides. And we design collaboration and co-creation — getting disciplines, organisations, sectors and cultures that don't collaborate by default to work and create together. We don't deliver workshops from the sidelines. We embed inside your organisation and co-construct with your people. A small core, a curated network: Origami Lab convenes the right collaborators when a project calls for them.

Behind the studio is Betty Huerta — 10 years in the Netherlands' research and innovation ecosystem, with projects across Europe, the US, Latin America, Africa and Asia. That trajectory is the method's proof: bridging academic institutions and on-the-ground realities is what we do, because it's where we come from.
