Unlike the more standard real estate asset classes, hotels are unique due to the operational nature of the investment. OIM Hospitality utilizes the operational exposure to create higher returns and we understand the risks involved, creating an optimal risk/return profile.

Divided over our team members, we have had executive roles in major investment organizations.
