Optima Investments recognised the difficulties entrepreneurs experience sourcing funds combined with understanding of what it means to be an entrepreneur. Building a company is tough. Building a company with an inexperienced investor, can be hell. We normally act as an angel investor with management to develop opportunities for larger later stage investors.

Our focus is on harnessing early stage innovations, mostly in the technology, media and telecoms sector that meet the following criteria:

*There is a clear opportunity for commercialisation of the product or service. *Must have solid management with a history of delivering investor returns. *The project must be scalable. *We must have a clear understanding of the market and potential returns. As an angel investor, Optima Investments typically invests €50,000 to €1,000,000.
