About Onward Somatic Coaching

Onward focuses on decision-making capacity, nervous system education, and embodied confidence as practical leadership skills.

Through somatic coaching, I support you in learning how to decide with fear present, sustain uncomfortable choices, set limits without overexplaining, and grow without returning to self-abandonment. You learn how to build the internal capacity to act and stay coherent when things get uncomfortable.

I also design and facilitate workshops and talks for organizations and teams, focused on embodied leadership, nervous system dynamics at work, decision-making under pressure, boundaries, and navigating change without burnout.

Before founding Onward Somatic Coaching, I spent over a decade in international corporations working in leadership development, talent growth, and women’s development. I have mentored women leaders, supported professionals in complex career transitions, and collaborated with refugee entrepreneurs.

Coaching is available online both in English and Spanish.
