One Switch Equestrian Vitality - every horse deserves a fit rider!

One Switch specializes in the area of equestrian vitality. Our mission is to contribute to sustainable equestrian sports by improving the overall fitness and mindset of riders within all levels and disciplines. This means that a rider is able to collaborate harmoniously with the horse, because he/she possesses body awareness and control to maintain an equal weight distribution and control his/her seating, aids and posture

In the One Switch online academy you can find multiple courses from an 8-week course to a full education where you will learn how to train other riders appropriately and responsibly.
