Who are we? OLIVIOLI was founded in 2012 by Galina Gorbach and Eric Mesrits out of their love for great food and passion for authentic, high quality products and ingredients. Because we want to ‘give’ our customers the opportunity to have access to and a taste of the excellent products the Mediterranean region has to offer. It’s because we want to ‘give’ and share our knowledge and passion about these products with you. Furthermore we want to 'give'​ our partners the opportunity to tell the rest of the world about their great products, which they produce with care, love and in a sustainable manner. What is our mission? To provide products of exceptional quality and excellent customer service. We strive for excellence in order for quality to meet with style and the highest standards, providing our customers with the products that our mother Earth produces in exclusive limited released bottles. To create a greater awareness for the unique olive oils (EVOO*) and related products that are available. (*EVOO = Extra Virgin Olive Oil)
