About Old Spirits Lab

We are an independent company located in Amsterdam that specializes in finding rare old bottles. We firmly believe that if you don’t know the past, you can’t know the present.

We research historical changes in the production process of spirits and we love to share our knowledge with you. With years of bartending and management experience in high end hospitality places as well as auctionering of vintage liquors, we deliver a unique experience with our rare bottles and fun stories.

We believe that in the hospitality and spirits industry you can never stop learning. That is why we host tastings and workshops. We also consult to bars, restaurants and hotels on their selection of spirits and provide staff training.

We love Whisky, Cognac, Rum, Gin, Jenever, Eau-de-Vie, Liqueurs… basically everything (except vodka)!
