Olas Y Copas is a seaside restaurant committed to creating a relaxing haven for our customers to enjoy the true Caribbean experience, with class. Our meals are made with passion, our drinks are made with precision, and our service is made with care. We believe in camaraderie and teamwork as our main work approaches, with the objective that all crew members work together to create an efficient work environment, teaching each other along the way so that everyone can develop skills in every facet of horeca. Our employees learn alongside us, and are encouraged to take initiative in their learning process, from how to perfectly steam milk for a latte, to table side service etiquette, to all bases of bartending. Olas Y Copas opened in early 2022 and has been growing exponentially ever since through hard work and dedication.
