Okklo life sciences BV is a privately held biopharmaceutical company developing novel therapeutic solutions using cyclodextrin-based technologies. The current programs are focussed on lysosomal storage disorders and cardiovascular disorders. The company was founded in December 2011 by a group of life-sciences experts previously involved in the development and approval of sugammadex (Bridion™), the first modified cyclodextrin marketed as a drug product.
