Nxus offers solutions for knowledge institutions in the field of (alumni) community and internship (job) matching. For example, students keep their own profile when they graduate and become an alumnus, and they are matched skills-based with internships and graduate jobs based on the certified knowledge and skills gained during the study, where all (unconscious) biases have been removed from the recruitment process. In this way, students simultaneously build a skills passport that they take with them upon entering the labour market. Nxus connects knowledge institutions, employers, students and alumni in an honest and innovative way. #Simple. #Fair. #Match.

NL: Nxus biedt oplossing voor kennisinstellingen op het gebied van (alumni)community en stage(baan)matching. Zo behouden studenten hun eigen profiel wanneer ze afstuderen en alumnus worden, en worden ze skills-based gematcht aan stages en afstudeerbanen o.b.v. van gevalideerde kennis en skills die zijn opgedaan tijdens de studie, waar alle (onbewuste) vooroordelen uit het wervingsproces zijn gehaald.
