About NoviCAD

NoviCAD helps organisations working with BIM and CAD to get more done without compromising on quality or control.

We support architects, builders and retailers with professional 2D and 3D drawing and BIM modelling. Flexible, scalable when needed and always carried out by well-trained specialists who are used to working for Dutch and German clients.

Our origins lie in real estate digitisation. What started as support for housing associations has grown into a permanent partnership for organisations that have a structural need for reliable digital drawing. The move to remote collaboration was a logical one for us. Not as a cost solution, but as a quality choice.

From Novi Sad, our specialists work closely with teams throughout Europe. The technical university provides architects with a strong substantive foundation and an eye for detail. Through clear processes, fixed points of contact and clear coordination, they fit seamlessly into existing working methods.

Between 2020 and 2022, we developed from a start-up organisation into a mature team with long-term collaborations. In 2025, we deliberately chose the name NoviCAD. A new image that fits who we are and what we stand for.
