Noorderbreedte biedt zorg aan (voornamelijk) ouderen in Friesland. Soms voor even, soms langer, of voor altijd. Bewoners kunnen terecht in een van onze 13 woonzorglocaties en bij Noorderbreedte Revalidatie. Ook biedt Noorderbreedte dagbesteding en dagbehandeling.

Kleine, dagelijkse dingen maken een groot verschil in complexe ouderenzorg. Het geeft invulling, inhoud en zorgt dat iedereen een waardevolle dag beleefd. Bij Noorderbreedte vinden we dat de (ouderen)zorg vooral daarover moet gaan.
