The story behind NOOM

The origins of NOOM b.v. date back to 2013, when Dutch-born couple Maria and Rob started managing their first vacation rental villa on the Caribbean island of Curacao. Their educational background and experience in International Hotel Management, soon contributed to many happy guests who highly appreciated the villa quality together with Maria and Rob, their team and their personal approach to authentic service.

NOOM has grown into a full-service vacation rental management company, with a selection of high-quality homes, villas and apartments, that are serviced, maintained and rented out by the NOOM team. Today, the NOOM team members are all passionate about creating magnificent guest experiences.

We believe that any vacation is about creating wonderful memories, for everyone in their own way. The comfort of our homes and the service we provide should therefore contribute accordingly. We just love to be there for our guests and assist whenever and wherever we can to make their stay memorable.

We are strongly committed to really add value to homeowners by taking care of their property in the best possible way. We believe that professional and reliable property management leads to sustainable relationships with homeowners. Each NOOM property is checked regularly according to our checklists and our communication is transparent, also regarding our reports on revenues and costs. NOOM Curacao operates under all necessary licenses and permits and only with carefully selected local partners.
