Wij vinden het ontoelaatbaar om deze kwetsbare groep mensen op straat rond te laten zwerven. Door hen een veilige plek te bieden om tot rust te komen, ontstaat er ruimte om te werken aan een duurzame oplossing voor de complexe situatie waarin zij zich bevinden.
