NoMi engages with a small number of early-stage and growth-stage technology companies as advisor, investor, and interim commercial leader.

The focus is specific: the zero-to-scale phase, where strong technology meets the hard reality of building revenue. That means finding the right enterprise customers, pricing for growth, and constructing the commercial infrastructure that makes scale possible, across markets, not just in one.

Having built and scaled multiple businesses from early traction to significant ARR across AI, AdTech, and enterprise software, the work has included closing landmark enterprise deals with tier-1 operators across media, telecom, and technology globally. Revenue organisations built from scratch. Markets entered cold. Growth sustained.

Current and past engagements span AI and big data analytics, AdTech, blockchain infrastructure, DeFi, and enterprise SaaS. With direct operating experience across EMEA, North America, APAC, and MENA. Working knowledge of the EU regulatory stack: MiCA, DORA, DSA, DMA, the AI Act, and AML directives. NoMi translates compliance complexity into commercial positioning rather than overhead.
