Experience as senior consultant: - Provided consultancy services to a variety of organizations (a.o. government, financials, telco’s, NATO). - Acted as senior consultant in complex and strategic business-IT projects (including many organization audits) - Author of publications in various professional magazines - Co-author of a book on IT service management (topic organization maturity) - Speaker at international telecom seminars
