Nikièma Consults is a consultancy firm specialised in in issues pertaining to education and training. Its ambition is to contribute to sustainable capacity development and strenghtening of this sector so as to enable it plays satisfactorily its role towards inclusive and sustainable development. One of the keys assets of Nikièma Consults is its proven cognisance and experience in bringing together actors in the education and training sectors in Europe and in Africa. Nikièma Consults offers his services to partners interested in co-creating/developping and strenghtening capacities to foster education and training. We are available to help you design, implement and evaluate your projects or programmes. We engage in partnerships to mobilise funding for your projects. We are familiar with applying for tenders or other funding modalities. During the implementation of projects and programmes, our support focus on improving performance at these three levels: - individual (developping professionnal compétencies of individuals)) - organisationnal (strenghtening organisation's performance) - institutionnal (improving the functionning of the education and training sub-systems or overall system). Very often these three levels appear to be interelated. Therefore, Nikièma Consults adopts, where needed and possible, a holistic approach whereby development of competencies of individuals goes pair with structural reforms at organisation and institution levels so as to enable improvment of performance throughout the whole organisations and/or the system. Such integrated and integral developments help actors in the education and training sector to provide inovative responses to societal needs.
