Nexus Real Estate is an independent, principal-owned real estate asset and fund management firm that seeks to create return and long term value for its clients. We are a young and ambitious management company providing a strongly-aligned platform for the Dutch real estate market. We initiate and structure investments mainly in Dutch offices. We specialize in bringing change management to (distressed) asset and/or loan portfolios, by improving portfolio KPI’s through aggressive and intensive commercial asset management and by providing refinancing and/or exit strategies for stakeholders. We have the hands-on, entrepreneurial approach that today's dynamic market demands. Nexus’ principal owners provide a complementary and well-tuned team, with a combined experience in real estate of more than 25 years. We bring a broad experience in real estate investment, asset management, real estate financing as well as corporate finance and (re)structuring expertise. As a result, we are able to provide comprehensive asset and fund management capabilities.
