Nexum Coaching helps senior leaders and organisations perform at their best when the pressure is highest. Founded by Fabrizio Micciche — a Ph.D. chemist turned executive coach with 15+ years of senior corporate leadership experience — Nexum brings a rare combination to leadership development: scientific rigour, real boardroom experience, and credentialed coaching expertise (ICF-ACC, NBC-HWC). Our focus: Human Performance Under Pressure Leadership today isn't tested in calm conditions. Nexum works with leaders and organisations to build the capacity to perform, decide, and lead well precisely in those moments. Two ways we work with you: Individual Executive Coaching One-to-one engagements built session by session around what each leader actually needs — not a fixed curriculum. Engagement length is agreed jointly after an initial conversation, with ongoing access between sessions and a structured follow-up 30 days after the engagement ends. Delivered in person or virtually, depending on where you are. Organisational Leadership Programmes Structured development for leadership teams and cohorts, blending in-person modules, virtual follow-through, and individual coaching. Programmes have supported leaders across financial services, technology, industrial, and consumer sectors — from focused single-workshop interventions to multi-year programmes scaled across hundreds of leaders in multiple countries.
