We believe that the candidate who gets the job is topclass. And we specialise in recruiting topclass candidates for finance and legal positions that are hard to fill. Because we love to work with people, not with algorithms. Yet even before social media was born, our eagle-eyed founder was dedicated to the recruitment of finance and legal candidates for their next seat. Inspired by this thought, we decided to call our agency ‘Nextseat Recruitment’. We are an experienced recruiting agency. We believe that nothing is more fickle than man. We are passionate about what we do. And we are more than willing to change the rules to maximise the impact of the perfect match. When you choose to work with Nextseat Recruitment, you take a step towards success. Of course we can work across all relevant networks and media and also employ media-independent search techniques because the end justifies the means. But our approach starts with a search by feel. Always. Otherwise we will never find hard-to-find candidates. Or hard-to-find positions for topclass candidates (reversed search). Once a candidate is selected, the candidate awaits an experience instead of a regular interview. Try to get this: we are not striving for a long-term relationship with our candidates, because we believe that they are not looking for one. So our unique approach makes us flirt with all involved extremes. And that really makes a difference in the end. We love what we do. We believe in what we do. We do it together with our clients.
