We also collaborate with organisations committed to developing inclusive leadership cultures through executive coaching, leadership programmes, workshops, and strategic partnerships.

Founded by Isabel Fonseca, an ICF PCC-certified Leadership Coach with over 13 years of international experience in Finance and Risk Management at PwC, Allianz, and NN Group, Nextfem Leaders combines evidence-based coaching with practical leadership experience.

Our mission is simple: To develop confident women leaders who create meaningful impact within organisations and beyond.
