The company was founded by Luuk Schavemaker and Stephen Becker in 2015. NEWAMS just released their first T-shirt collection at a few international high-fashion stores such as Society Club (Monaco), Four by Azzurro (Amsterdam) and Alexander Evans Experience (New York). The first collection features (history) storytelling artworks. Our name is derived from NEWAMS is an Amsterdam-based fashion label with a unique perspective; We believe that knowledge based on history creates our future. Therefore, we focus on historical elements to create our storytelling pieces of work. NEWAMS is fully inspired by the Dutch pioneer mentality. NEWAMS IDENTITY Young men are more brand and fashion minded and want to use fashion brands to show their identity. We create pride through (history) storytelling.
