In September 2022, Low Carbon mobilised a co-operation with Rezolv Energy, an independent clean energy power producer recently launched by Actis, for the Vis Viva wind farm totalling 450MW.
In November 2022, Low Carbon mobilised another cooperation with Rezolv Energy for two onshore wind farms principally located in the communes of Adamclisi and Deleni in Constanta County totalling 600MW.
