California-Native Vegan Chef Sebastian Clissen spent two years during lockdown immersed in the art of vegan sushi: experimenting with colors, flavors, and techniques to create something truly unique.

Made with naturally purple black rice and vibrant whole-food ingredients, Nami Vegan Sushi is fresh, bold, and completely free from artificial fish substitutes or avocado.

In the summer of 2024, our small, dedicated team brought the concept to life with a successful pop-up in Haarlem. Now, this vibrant, handcrafted sushi is ready to be shared with the city, through a takeaway and delivery experience designed to surprise and delight..
