About Nadieh Roodbeen Service Design

Creative and critical thinker on service design projects, offering dedication and creative perspectives. I am always searching for new opportunities to rethink our daily practices and behaviour. I love getting inside user’s heads, looking at the world from their point of view. Our world needs more sustainable systems and more meaningful interactions, designers have a great responsibility in achieving this.

Most of my experience is in automotive/mobility projects; their complexity and opportunity to affect change excites me. However I am open to projects of any kind, as I believe I can find this in other domains as well.

My skill set includes various design research methods, ideation, experience mapping, design visualisation, dismantling complexity, working with Scrum and facilitating projects and design sessions. Furthermore, I gained experience in future analysis, which I think is essential in any design project.

Currently I am open for: - Full-time and Parttime Service/Experience/Interaction Design and User Research projects - Facilitation of creative sessions and future scenario workshops
