About MyChef FoodSafety®

Michel Meijboom is an entrepreneurial and versatile professional with a strong background in hospitality, business, creativity and marketing. After studying Marketing at Hotelschool The Hague and completing a Bachelor's degree in App Development, he developed a unique combination of commercial insight and technical expertise.

His passion for hospitality and culinary excellence has been the driving force throughout his career. Michel owned and served as Executive Chef of Restaurant Mimosa in Delft and founded MyChef, creating successful concepts including MyChef Catering, MyChef Cooking Together and MyChef Toko2Go.

In addition, he held executive chef positions at Beachclub Down Under, Restaurant Parkoers and Sportcomplex De Uithof, and worked as Restaurant Manager at Hotel Sofitel. Alongside his hospitality career, Michel gained extensive management experience with leading organizations including Ziggo, Sodexo, Experian and ChemPros.

Today, he combines his operational hospitality experience with technology as the founder of MyChef FoodSafety®, helping hospitality businesses simplify HACCP compliance through smart digital solutions. Michel was eigenaar en chef-kok van Restaurant Mimosa in Delft en oprichter en chef-kok van MyChef, met concepten als MyChef Catering, MyChef Cooking Together en MyChef Toko2Go.

Daarnaast vervulde hij als chef-kok rollen bij onder andere Beachclub Down Under, Restaurant Parkoers en Sportcomplex De Uithof en was hij restaurantmanager bij Hotel Sofitel.

Parallel bouwde hij ruime managementervaring op bij toonaangevende organisaties, zoals Ziggo, Sodexo, Experian en ChemPros.
