About Mycelium Materials Europe

Mycelium Materials Europe (in short MME) is a start-up active in the bio-based materials and circular economy.

We produce sustainable mycelium materials based on mushroom technology. Mycelium is the branching underground structure of mushrooms.

We grow these mycelium materials in our own mushroom farm from organic waste like sawdust from sawmills. Our mycelium materials are therefore bio-degradable.

Our customers are designers, the building industry and the fashion industry.
