About My Little Drama AND Movement Lab

My Little Drama and Movement Lab is a creative space where the body becomes our language — expressive, intelligent, and alive.

Led by Irina Medun-Alimskaya, the Lab offers embodied acting workshops, movement education for creative professionals, and one-on-one somatic coaching for actors, performers, and anyone seeking deeper connection to their body and expression.

Our approach is rooted in Laban-Bartenieff Movement System and the Michael Chekhov Technique, blending structure with play, sensitivity with exploration. We help people rediscover what their body already knows — and awaken parts of themselves that may have gone quiet.

Whether you're a performer, educator, therapist, or curious mover, this work invites you to reconnect with your creativity through the intelligence of the body. While currently centered in the arts, the Lab is also growing toward bringing somatic movement into the corporate space, supporting well-being, presence, and authentic leadership.
