◉ Always a pleasure Finding the way to be as clearly as possible to my clients and finding out how to stimulate each individual to be self-confident, is what I enjoy. But maybe the biggest thing for me is the joy of meeting the person behind. The ‘human connection’ that is so important for an effective training.

◉ My diverse background (bilingual French-Dutch, journalism, marketing, counselling) gives me the opportunity to bring more skills to the table: it enables me to understand and empathise with clients and to bring in business understanding.
