MPOWEREDBY was founded in 2018 by Martine Snoek as an interim and consultancy firm active in the financial service industry. The business focuses on executive interim roles and consultancy related to business strategy, product leadership and sustainable investing.

Martine brings experience from a long career at Robeco, where her last position was Global Head of Products and where she acted as board member of the corporate Pension Fund. Recent clients of MPOWEREDBY include NN Investment Partners (NN IP), BlackRock and Pension Fund DHL NL.
