At Move Breathe Academy, we believe yoga teacher training should be personal, transformational, and rooted in real-world experience.

Our founders — a former firefighter and an engineer turned yoga teachers — know what it means to rebuild, to lead, and to grow. After years of running studios, hosting retreats, teaching workshops worldwide, and learning from master teachers, they created a training that offers more than just a certificate — it offers true mentorship.
