Starting of as a specialist perishable cargo agent, MC has diversified its service offering and operational base to include numerous other commodities in a variety of industries. This decision mainly stemmed from the purchasing power attained by the organisation, enabling it to attract clients who recognize the strategic importance and advantages of partnering with a player of this magnitude. The focus, however, remains on personal contact and attention and the scope is therefore 100% set on quality rather than quantity. We do not try to attract as many customers as possible – we are driven to optimize effectiveness and efficiency. Since the inception of Morgan Cargo during the early 1990’s, the business has been steadily expanding and while services are performed in more than 16 offices internationally, the focus has remained solely on the exporter or importer and his or her individual need.
