Modera is a (sole) M&A practice led by Mihail Cecan. Mihail graduated from Rotterdam School of Management with specialisation in Finance & Investments. After several years in Investment Banking, Mihail founded Modera in 2020.

Our mission is to accelerate growth of exciting tech companies in North West Europe with Tier-1 financial & strategic advice.
