Mistral's success story, starts in 1976, when, due to its passion for water and wind, the then Swiss / German brand, entered the sport of Windsurfing going on to take it to new heights of innovation and popularity.

Mistral goes on to set the tone in the development of Windsurfing boards. Technological innovations rapidly follow, new materials are developed and tested. Mistral expands into a global Windsurfing brand and launches the Mistral World Cup Team, becoming synonymous with Windsurfing the world over.

Windsurfing history embraces Mistral for its intensely coloured creations and the legendary Red Dot logo which ruled the waves at beaches throughout the world. Mistral is expressive, visible and always in high demand.
