Mindfit Kring Amersfoort biedt kortdurende psychologische behandelingen binnen de Basis GGZ. Dit kan face-to-face op locatie, via beeldbellen óf buiten middels wandeltherapie. We werken vanuit Positieve Psychologie en Oplossingsgerichte Therapie, EMDR, CGT en kortdurende Schematherapie.
Cliënten kunnen bij ons terecht met milde tot matige psychische klachten zoals: - Angst - Stemming (bijv. somberheid, depressie) - Trauma (bijv. PTSS) - Stressgerelateerde klachten (bijv. burn-out) - Agressie (met motivatie) - Verslaving (met motivatie en zelfzorg) - Milde persoonlijkheidsproblematiek - Somatisch onvoldoende verklaarde klachten (SOLK) zoals chronische pijn en vermoeidheid
