MindByte builds developer tools on the GitHub platform. Our products bring operational work into GitHub Issues, where developers already spend their day.

We believe developers shouldn't need separate dashboards for every operational concern. Support tickets, cloud cost alerts, security findings, and governance checks all belong in the same workflow as code reviews and bug tracking.

Our products:

Scitor (scitor.io) — GitHub-native customer support. Inbound support emails become GitHub Issues. AI triage labels priority, suggests assignees, and drafts replies by searching your codebase and docs. Reply to customers with slash commands directly from an Issue. SLA tracking, CSAT, and knowledge base included.

LeftSize (leftsize.com) — Cloud optimization via GitHub Issues. Like Dependabot, but for cloud cost, security, governance, and deprecation checks across AWS and Azure. Runs as a GitHub Action using your own credentials. Findings appear as Issues with actionable fix commands. 107 policies, zero credential handover.
