I am Mies.

A concept maker, product designer and bat researcher with a focus on material research and making processes. Next to that I like to work with photography and video and use this as tools to communicate my concepts and research. I observe and analyze what’s going on around me and use this as a starting point for my research that flows into a concept. Nature related topics peak my curiosity but my interests also lie elsewhere. Its is important to me that my projects are relevant and functional in way.
