Mica Armstrong provides a health and wellbeing practice dedicated to empowering individuals and organisations to create meaningful, sustainable improvements in health through education, behaviour change, and personalised support.

Grounded in behavioural science, public health, and holistic wellbeing, I believe lasting transformation begins with understanding the factors that shape our health—physically, mentally, emotionally, socially, and environmentally. Our approach combines evidence-informed health education with practical strategies that help people make confident, informed decisions about their wellbeing.

I offer personalised coaching, workplace wellbeing programmes, educational workshops, speaking engagements, and community events. Every service is tailored to the unique needs of the individual or organisation, recognising that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to health.

Alongside client work, I am committed to advancing conversations around preventative health through writing, research, and public education, including contributions to BRAINZ Magazine and the development of future educational programmes and publications.
