About MHC-Care
MHC-Care levert intensieve zorg aan cliënten die uitbehandeld en terminaal verklaard zijn door de behandelende specialist of arts. De zorg wordt uitgevoerd door ervaren, bevoegde en bekwame zorgverleners vanaf niveau VIG (ZZP'ers). Wij leveren deze zorg op de thuislocatie van de cliënt, waarbij de zorgverlener 24 uur op locatie aanwezig is.
Wij zijn een WTZi toegelaten zorginstelling, zijn gecontracteerd voor alle labels van Achmea Zorg / Zilveren Kruis / FBTO en zijn voorzien van het keurmerk ISO-9001.
