Metaalhandel Ketting is a modern, medium sized metal recycling company located at the Bakkersoordsekade 4-16 in Pernis Rotterdam. In 1959 founded by grandpa and grandma Ketting. Our CEO Willeke Ketting is the 3rd generation. She is also president of the Metaalrecycling Federation.

We buy virtually every type of ferrous and non-ferrous scrap metal at a fair price. Be it from merchants, tradesmen or homeowners. Such as tanks, containers, powercables, cable remains, batteries, transformers, electric motors, bus also just pots and pans. In short, anything made of metal or containing metal

Finding efficient, cost-effective, and responsible solutions for the removal and recycling of metals together with the customer

We are an official e-waste collection point of WeCycle. This is a foundation that takes care of the collection and recycling of all discarded appliances with a plug or rechargeable battery, fluorescent tubes and energy-saving and LED lamps

Our yard is located in the heart of the port of Rotterdam, directly on the Nieuwe Maas with a quay of 200 meters and water depths of at least 3.25 meters. As a result, we are exceptionally easy to access by water, and large shipments of scrap metal can be moved directly on and off our grounds without delay
