Merwede Valves nique engineering projects. Since the foundation in the early 1950’s, we have is an important player in the international market for reliable valves and uworked hard for over 75 years to provide unmatched expertise of valves to our customers. That experience is built up by our people, who are specialists in the field. From sales to planning, from development to production.

From the company headquarters in The Netherlands our valves are being used all over the world. We operate in a worldwide niche market of custom engineered valve manufacturing in which Merwede Valves is playing a historical role in supplying valves for all type of extreme applications and services. Additionally, the Merwede Valves product lines are delivered to the client locations in unmatched short lead times.

The design of a valve is the result of the wishes and requirements of the customer. These are often so diverse and unique that a standard valve is not the solution. In that case our engineers get to work to develop the valve that will meet your wishes.

We manufacture valves to withstand very low (-196°C) to very high (+950°C) temperature conditions and very low (vacuum) to very high (4500 lbs) pressure duties. We manufacture valves to meet these very precise standards and provide the necessary testing and verification certifications. In addition, as well as producing single “one-off” specification valves, we can also offer very competitive pricing on larger quantities for project requirements up to 1000 pieces.

This has been our core business over the past 75 years, during which time we have designed and manufactured more than 30,000 different valve products. For every application there is an optimal valve solution.
