About MERU International Courses

MERU International, based in Limburg, south of the Netherlands, offers courses, retreats, and events to the global Transcendental Meditation community. MERU offers education and training in the disciplines of Maharishi Vedic Science. Our mission is to bring the timeless knowledge of consciousness and its applications to all, for healthy, vibrant, and peaceful individuals and societies. MERU was founded by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi. He made available the technique of Transcendental Meditation and its advanced programmes. The Transcendental Meditation technique is a simple, natural, effortless process practised 20 minutes twice daily while sitting comfortably with eyes closed. Millions of people who practise the technique have experienced improvements in all aspects of health, vitality, creativity, and happiness, and growth of higher states of consciousness.
