We specialise in empowering educators with the skills, confidence, and creativity needed for the modern classroom, from AI and immersive media to neuro pedagogy, gamification, digital storytelling, and teacher wellbeing. Our programmes combine cutting edge digital methodology with immersive cultural learning, using each host city as a living classroom. With locations in Amsterdam, Mâcon, Vilamoura, Brussels, Copenhagen, Dublin, and a new London campus opening in 2027, we offer educators a transformative learning journey rooted in real world experience. Every course is individually tailored. Before arrival, participants complete a learning needs analysis so we can adapt content, pace, and activities to their goals. Training continues beyond the classroom through our virtual learning environment and the Merrill App, which provides city learning trails, reflective prompts, peer networking, and an evolving resource library. As a fully recognised Erasmus+ KA1 training provider, we support schools and coordinators through the entire funding process, from eligibility checks and application drafting to Europass documentation and final reporting. Most participants attend at little or no cost to their institution. Our growing community includes classroom teachers, school leaders, teacher trainers, and Erasmus coordinators from across Europe.
